Outstanding Customer Service, Replaced Sonicare Tootbrush, 100% Satisfied! - Philips Sonicare Toothbrush

I purchased a Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite Toothbrush from Costco in and it stopped charging several months later. I casually mentioned this while at my dentists office having a cleaning, and the Hygienist offered that she had often heard of Philips excellent customer service with respect to their Sonicare products, and suggested I contact them with my problem.

I did just that, and after checking the serial number i provided, the customer service agent informed me that my product was still under the manufacturers warranty, which meant that they would send me a replacement toothbrush which would arrive 7-10 days later with return shipping supplies included for the defective product.

My replacement actually came in just FOUR days, and was the newest version of the HealthyWhite Toothbrush (score!) I have had it for almost a year since the replacement, and it still works like it's brand new!

Thank you, folks at Philips, first for offering a great product (even a great product has to be replaced sometimes, and I'm sure it's 1 out of a hundreds or thousands made,) secondly, for standing behind your product and ensuring that consumers who buy it get what they pay for, and lastly for making the warranty service process convenient and quick. A, 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Philips Sonicare!
