My complaint is specific to store# 4379, Mgr Zac Willis, 1326 Bush River Rd, Columbia SC 29210.803-750-3097. Most of the employees have the store barely care to do their jobs. The greeters don't greet, the customer service people may be at their stations or not, the money gram people barely show up, the self service machines usually don't work, so on and so forth. McDonald's still has employees that do their jobs, even if they do get your order wrong. Even so, the service there is still much better than the above mentioned Walmart. I'm they have too many stores for corporate to monitor. The money comes in, so to hell with service. Really?
