Joined DirectBuy for two year after taking the tour and being told we had to join that day or never be allowed re-entry. Explained we needed time to research and decide as we had no idea it would cost over $5,000 to join. No way you will be allowed and you must join right then and there. We joined and never purchased a single item there when doing a bathroom or planning our kitchen. We ALWAYS found better prices online or from sales. It is unbelievable that they get away with taking so much money up front with no obligation on their part. I can only tell you I have NEVER met a customer happy with all their savings and truly believe they write the only good reviews to draw you in I honestly hope they all have to claim bankruptcy so they can no longer rip off the unknowing public. Not everyone has $5,000 to throw away and if this was the guy showing up to take grandma's money for work never done they would be prosecuted. What an absolute sham.
