I ordered a hosting package from Webhosting Pad and prepaid for two years. After constant downtime with Webhosting Pad, and hardly ever my website up, I canceled my account with Webhosting Pad. After Webhosting Pad refused any refund, they instead sent a barrage of nasty emails, threatening legal action.
Since our company relies on hosting services to provide our clients with websites, we have suffered damage of reputation and other costs associated with this dealing with Webhosting Pad.
