Store Constantly Out of Stock Since New Manager Took Over

Every time You go in to buy something they don't have in stock.
Ever since the new Manager took over this store they never have any thing in stock!
Dog food / different items that should be ordered in foods.
Firing old employs to hire young kids that don't know or care about customer's
just to make payroll look good
