Ordered 5 of the Rock-It 3.0 Speaker. When they arrived there was a packing list but no printed contact information. When I finally found ONLINE how to contact them for a return, the call center agent told me it was "Not Possible." An item kept for 10 days after delivery could not be returned, it was item I was told it was after 10 days and a return was "not in their policy." I have never dealt with a company that kept contact information so secret. If the item was to be "All Sales Final." just say so in the ad.
I was given the run around at the "customer service" call center. What a misnomer!
