I was told I could be on the phone with the director while we both listened to my recorded conversation on 11/26.in the conversation, the agent told me that if I got the hdtv it would go to all my televisions. Which is why I ok"ed another 24 month contract. Had I known it did not go to all my televisions, I would not have signed up for it. The agent misrepresented that to me and I would like someone to listen to the conversation with me. I understand they are pressured to upsell, but lying to customers is not the way to do it.
