I called to get information on a Norwegian Cruise. The agent told me the only way to hold the cabins I might want was to take a 1500.00 deposit. She told me it was fully refundable as long as I cancelled within the next month. I called within that time to cancel. They told me the payment was non refundable. They told me they would check the recording and give me the money if the agent misrepresented the facts. The recorded conversation has magically disappeared! They have given me such a run around. They are the most did honest company I have ever dealt with. Please be very careful if you plan on cruising with them!!!
