I was scammed by Allstate. Allstate (the other party's insurance) sticks to its insured's version of the loss, that I made an unsafe lane change. If Allstate had done its homework, it would see that the highway is one lane. There is no lane for me to change into. William Sangster tried to pass me in a left-hand turn lane and swerved too quickly, hitting my vehicle. It is cut and dry. No adjuster has been out to inspect my vehicle, and Denise Corrigan and Nancy Oda (Frontline Performance Leaders) with Allstate continue to claim their denial remains the same. We will see about that.
