I was involved in an accident three months ago with an Allstate insurer. The other party turned right from the left hand lane. Allstate continues to deny this claim but gives no reason why. They claim their insured contributed to the wreck but that I was the proximate cause.
How can this be if someone pulls infront of you? I have seen no evidence of why this claim has been denied. I
F someone would look at the evidence I am sure they would see Allstates insured was the proximate cause of the accident and that this accident could not have been avoided.
The police report even states the other party is at fault!
