I also had many problems with these devices you can keep on complaining about it or stand up for yourself I personally wrote my State of Massachusetts Senator, Governor, RMV, CEO of the company, and others. I also opened a small claims lawsuit and got a judgement in my favor cause these cowards know these devices have been proven not to work and did not even show up for court. So far I got a small claims judgement in amount of 1271.00 for unjustified lock-out fees and lost wages, 100.00 for towing, 95.00 for deposit and removal fee back from this so with that said do not feel like that there's nothing you can do cause there is and I have proven otherwise so have the courage to stand up for yourself I did good luck
