Drive-by inspections, unauthorized account drafts and unhonored forbearance

I have been through the drive-by inspections, attorney fees to stop foreclosure, late fees when payments were not late, reporting late payments to the credit bureaus, a forbearance agreement that was not honored, drafting of payment from my checking account without authorization, the run-around and nasty attitudes when calling by phone. I would like to know how to be included in the lawsuit against Fairbanks.
