Whoever said morally wrong was exactly right. I have had a BB&T account for 6 months. During this time I have been charged fees totaling $925. How can the government allow these banks to rearrange your spending in their favor? I am a newly laid off single mother of 4. They took $200 from me this week. It is a domino effect. I am sure you all know what I mean.
I have asked them for help. All the employees are so good at understanding and then telling you there is nothing they can do. They will fight you on it until you are worn down and depressed. My children and I have no money, no job, and are soon to be out on the streets. I wonder how much money BB&T makes every year on bank fees. What are they doing with all this extra money?
