After Dish Network double charged me, I filed a complaint with the bank on Patrick Street. There was no one there but tellers, and they took my info and said they would take care of it and that Dish Network did this all the time. I had 2 NSF fees due to the extra $350 coming out of my account. I went back a couple of weeks later and spoke with the personal banker, and she said she would let me know. I gave her my card to contact me. Anyway, that was over 1500 bucks later. And the government wants to take our money and help these sharks out? I'm getting a lawyer.
