Allstate Insurance
Hit by their insured, $400,000 in damages and no payment

I was hit by an insured driver of theirs, and they have played every dirty trick in the book to avoid paying me anything. I have $400,000 in damages, and I am going to do what anyone else should also do if Allstate will not pay: sue their insured, and then get their insured to give you "agency," which means you have the legal right, given by their insured, to sue Allstate in a first-party lawsuit for every penny over their policy limit because Allstate did not settle in the first place, under the bad faith rules of your state. Allstate has done nothing but lie and cheat me from the beginning of my claim. They are heartless and should be sued as such.
