My garage was vandalized, and my lawn mower, snow thrower, and all of my lawn and garden tools were stolen. Allstate gave me a grand total of $187.03 to replace the stolen items.
I also filed the loss of an antique grinding wheel, which Allstate's rep now claims to have no knowledge of ever being reported, even though I have a copy of the list I provided for the police report and for Allstate's claims adjuster.
It is ridiculous to think that I could replace the stolen items for that amount of money. After paying premiums since 1978, this is how I am treated the first time I submit a claim. I no longer trust Allstate to handle my insurance. They are a rip-off!
