I was 10 months behind on payments because I moved to another state to get away from hurricanes and to find stable work. I contacted Midland, and they told me to get the house listed with a realtor and they would help me do a short sale. I had a buyer within days for the house. Then they would not give me enough information to fill out their paperwork and stopped returning my calls, so now it is up for a sheriff's sale.
