I was 10 months behind on payments because i moved to another state to get away from hurricanes and to find stable work. I contacted midland and they told me to get the house listed with a realtor and they would help me do a short sale. I had a buyer withen days for the house. Then they wouldnt give me enough info to fill out there paper work and stoped returning my calls so now its up for a sheriffs sale.
