This company is nothing but a company from hell. They should be put out of business and their CEOs should be behind bars. Can't anyone get these people out? Send them all to Iraq. Let them come under fire and send our people home; let them fight this war. Send those a-holes over there. This company says they own my house and, to get them off of my title, they want the fair market value of my home. On all my credit reports it says they discharged the loan, so how can they want fair market value? Also on my credit reports the terms were changed from a 7-year balloon to 30 years. How can they do that without us signing anything for them to change it? The balloon was over in 2004, as was my bankruptcy, which was discharged in October of the same year. The loan or lien was for 30100. Please get rid of these a-holes. People, we need to stand up and fight these jerks. Thank you.
