These people are the dogs trying to take my home for rtr properties as far as im conserned they are a bunch of predators stealing the little peoples homes. I cant believe that they can do it when it was unsecured debt in my bankrupsy no wonder the economy is the way it is. They should all go under. Oh wait then the government would just bail them out right so we would pay anyway. Where is santa when you need him. They have the nerve to send me lawyers names what makes them think i would consider those people there all in together an what about bankrupsy they even admitted it was discharged never sent me anything but the suit papers. Never asked for me to pay why because they could have gotten sued. Thats why. The law is all double talk. Where are all the honest lawyers that just want to help us little people. Rtr properties is just another runoff of equicredit / fairbanks/loan servicing center/and last but not least select portfolio servicing/now rtr properties come on now how many times did they all get sued and changed their names through out the years. Why do they call themselves lawyers when all they are is debt collectors. On debts that dont exsist.
