Anyone out there willing to help or who would like to file a class action against Vanderbilt, please contact me. I have made copies of complaints in the last few days and faxed them to the State of Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs/Insurance. They are trying to pull a fast one on me over insurance, and you should see the response letter they sent to the State of Tennessee. Basically, they say I'm demanding, they have never harassed me, and they have never received a letter from my insurance company stating the home is covered. I've sent it 3 times, and of course they never received it.
We need to band together. Any attorneys out there willing to help? Beth
