Aurora Loan Services sold my mortgage loan to this company, Midland Bank. I received the letter of transfer on 6/19/05 and mailed my first payment to them on 6/20/05. They received it and cashed my check #109 for $672.06 on 6/27/05.
I mailed my August payment on 7/24/05, check #118 for $672.06, and then my September payment on 8/24/05, check #125 for $672.06. Neither the August nor the September check has been cashed. Both payments were mailed in their supplied payment envelope, which was pre-addressed to P.O. Box 268888, OK 73126-8888.
I believe they are withholding my payments so they can claim I am delinquent and attempt foreclosure, since I am in Chapter 13. Aurora Loan Services did the same thing to me with my payments, and my lawyer proved the accusations correct. Midland does not offer a physical address to mail payments to, so I cannot request a receipt signature via Priority Mail.
How is it possible that they received and cashed my first payment but not the next two, all mailed to the same exact address? It is not possible. They are obviously withholding my payments.
