Claims they didnt receive cashiers checks sent to them by signed return reciet through us mail. Send copies of cashed checks once already now have to do again. Midland talked to V.A. And told there is no

I make out all payments to midland by cashiers check with account number above the name midland sent by certified signed reciet through the postal sevice. To show that payments were sent I sent copies of cashed checks to them but now have to do this for a second time. VA was contacted midland told them there was no problem but then told me there was. Who is going to bring this out into the open for every one to see what is going on to everyone having trouble with midland. Is there a lawyer who will step and or someone in the media to spotlight this to the public like bank of america/fannie mae freddie mac. Enough is enough! I only have 5 years left to finish my mortgage and less than 20000, I am ready to join in any lawsuit if there is one!
