Card Canceled After Refusing $6.95 Service Offer While Stranded

I have been a customer for well over 15 years, and until the last ten minutes I had been satisfied with the Quicken MasterCard. I am a sales representative and travel every week. It is the only card I carry. I called customer service and told the representative my card had been lost. She immediately started trying to sell me a $6.95 service. I told her no over four times and asked her to help me because I was in peril. Finally she got angry and canceled my card permanently.

A few minutes later I found my card and tried to activate it, but it was canceled. Now I am stranded in Fairhope, AL with no cash, no credit card, and half a tank of gas, 300 miles from home, with two more days of work to do.

If you were me, what would you do? I spoke with Alan, Clarence, and Ms. Yeager, a supervisor. Although Ms. Yeager was very nice, she could not help me. I am so angry right now, and I am finding lawsuit after lawsuit online against you for the same thing. It seems that people have forgotten the customers and worship the dollar.
