Didn't mail a replacement visa card. Horrible customer service

I've been a customer of Wired Plastic for several years. My credit card was lost on 06/03/10. I still haven't received a replacement credit card.

I've been a customer of Wired Plastic for several years. My credit card was lost on 06/03/10. I contacted the wired plastic message center on 06/04/10 to get a replacement. I received a message from the wired plastic message center the same day requesting I call customer service to get a replacement. I called customer service the same day to request a replacement credit card because I lost my card. I was told the options by the customer service representive whether I wanted regular mail between 5 to 10 business days or express 3 to 5 business for a fee. I told the representative that 5 to 10 business days would be fine as long as I receive before my next pay date June 18. She told me it would arrive before that date. I called customer service on 06/16/10 to see what the status was on receiving my replacement credit card. The representative told me that they didn't send it because there's a fee for a replacement credit card. I told the representative that was not what the representative told me the week prior. That if that was the case why didn't anyone contact me. I request to speak with a supervisor but the supervisor wouldn't get on the phone.

The representative told me that wired plastic will waive the replacement credit card fee since they neglected to tell me there was a fee for a replacement credit card. I asked her how they was going to send me my replacement credit card since I get paid on 06/18/10 and today is 06/16/10. The representative told me the would express my replacement card and it was coming from Illnois and I should receive my replacement card by 06/19/10 or 06/21/10 at the latest. I called wired plastic 06/17/10 to get confirmation my replacement card was sent out. The representative told me that my replacement card has been sent and I should receive it by 06/21/10 at the latest. I called wired plastic customer service very upset on 06/22/10. I still haven't received my replacement card and I request to speak to a supervisor. The representative acted like she didn't want to tranfer me to a supervisor. I told her she couldn't help me this call needs to go to a supervisor.

I talk to a supervisor and she informs me that my replacement card wasn't even sent out until 06/18/10. I asked her why am I getting the run around about when my replacement card is being sent. She tells me it takes 24 hours to send out a replacement card. That the prior supervisor sent my replacement card regular mail and it would take up to 10 business days to receive my replacement card. I was very upset and aasked the supervisor what can they do to resolve this issue. She said they can send it express mail but I still wouldn't receive my replacement card until next week. I let the supervisor know that this is the worst customer service I have ever had and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. I'm a single mom with three kids and I have no access at all to my payroll check. I had to pawn my sons xbox just so I can have gas in my car to get to work and to get my kids to daycare. I have bills that I have to pay and they are not going to be late because of wired plastic.
