Long Holds, Repeated Login Resets, and Poor Student Loan Service

Horrible. Very bad customer service, constantly being put on hold for numerous minutes, always have to re - put in information to retrieve loan, constantly having to change password/username. They do not work well with college loans! DO NOT use this company!!! Very, very disappointed for 2 years now.
