I bought a new car from Kia in West Chester, PA, on January 31. At the time, I traded in my old car, a 2011 Kia Sorento, to the dealer. I was sure that the whole process of trading and buying was very simple, but to my big disappointment, Kia Motors Financing charged me and took money from my account on February 22 in the amount of $385.60. I am no longer their customer. My new car financing institution is going to charge me, and they rightfully have to be paid.
I felt used and unprotected against a big corporation like Kia Motors Financing, which has stolen my money. Please help me solve this problem.
