SunTrust has really done it to us this time. The government lets them continue to charge outrageous NSF and overdraft fees until July, and we the people are the ones who suffer. Now the NSF fees have been jacked up from $35.00 to $75.00 to take as much from us poor people as they can!
They will hold $2.00 charges for a week to lay it on you the day before payday, causing cascading NSF charges. This is totally outrageous. They do it to poor people because we have no voice. The very people who need protection, the unemployed, the poor, the orphaned and the disabled, are all poor, so they get away with it.
If there is a law, hopefully someone will find it and start a class action lawsuit against these rapacious business practices.
