First of all, customer service was very rude. The representatives do not speak English and then get angry at you because you cannot understand them.
Second, the contractor sent to my home to evaluate my furnace, D&D Mechanical of Murray, Utah, was extremely unprofessional. D&D told me there would be some uncovered charges for installing my new furnace, and I said okay. It turns out that my furnace, which is under warranty, will cost me about a thousand dollars to install. I asked the contractor for a breakdown of the charges, and I got a bill that says only "uncovered charges and install." That is it! And what a hack job. I am furious with Alliance and with D&D. I will never renew my warranty with these people or call them again for anything.
