My wife and I went to this store to relieve her foot pain. The inserts worked for a while, but after 6 months or so the pain returned. So we went back to the store, after paying close to $300.00, only to be told she had to order another pair. I wanted to know why, since these inserts were supposed to be for a lifetime. They took the old pair into the back room and later came back to tell us they had to make another pair and would charge another $278.00. I said no, I am not doing that, and they still kept the old pair. To top it off, they tested my feet and said they could make me a pair for over $400.00. I found Walk-Fit.com and bought 3 inserts for $19.95: a low, a medium and a high pair.
