My neighbor's house caught fire about 6 weeks ago, leaving hazmat rubble and trash strewn all over his front yard and blowing into the neighbors' yards. Allstate will not even send anyone out to board up the house. There are rats and other rodents in the trash that was left behind, mostly in the garage but all over the house. I do not know who to call to complain about this eyesore and the dangerous chemicals left behind. I do not really care when they fix the house, but they could come and get rid of the trash and board up the house.
