Heather and Ryan Parrish are the worst renters I have ever had. Not only were they late with rent the entire time they lived in my rental house, 8 months. They never hired trash service and just kept pileing it up in the garage (8 months worth) This was left for me as well as soiled diapers strewn thru the house and other assorted trash. They cut up all of the mini blinds and curtains with scissors, broke the only gas heater in the house, broke a solid oak pedestal kitchen table, stole the back screen door. They got a dog, that I had no knowledge of that chewed all of the lap board siding off of the bottom of the outside of the house and dug holes in the yard. As well as trash thrown all over the yard and countless ciggarette butts everywhere. Most of the windows were broke, and I am almost positive they never cleaned the floors once in over 8 months. These people left oweing rent and I am in the process of taking them to court. PLEASE do not rent to these filthy people, If I can save one other person from dealing with them all of this is worth it. Really filthy disgusting people! UGHH... Beware Ryan and Heather Parrish!
