I have traveled the world and never in my life have I received such bad service from such a large company. I will never recommend Direct TV to anyone.
Their customer service is nowhere near customer service at all. I have called plenty of times and spoken to many different representatives, and each time I get the same awful service over the phone. McDonald's service is 100% better than Direct TV. I am so very glad I am not with them anymore!
