Damaged Mercedes Hybrid Bike Bought on eBay and Claim Closed

I bought a Mercedes hybrid bike from a seller on eBay insuranced and paid for and it arrived damaged. UPS and the seller put on a show like they were going to help me but to no avail. I am left with a damaged bike and UPS closed the claim I put in.
