Ripoff they packed and shipped a bike i bought from a seller on e-bay and it arrived damaged and ups don't want to pay for the damage to my bike and blatantly closed my claim texas

I bought a mercedes hybrid bike from a seller on ebay insuranced and paid for and it arrived damaged. Ups and the seller put on a show like they were going to help me but to no avail. I am left with a damaged bike and ups closed the claim i put in.
