Damaged Mercedes Hybrid Bike Bought on eBay and Claim Closed

I bought a Mercedes hybrid bike from a seller on eBay, insured and paid for, and it arrived damaged. UPS and the seller put on a show as if they were going to help me, but to no avail. I am left with a damaged bike, and UPS closed the claim I put in.
