Sent parakeet seed instead of parrot seed, no return label

I ordered 4 bags of parrot seed, and they accidentally sent parakeet seed. I asked for a return label, and they would not send me one. They said I have to take it to a store. I have no stores here. I would have to drive over 200 miles each way to the city to try to find a store. All I asked is that they send a FedEx label and send me the correct parrot seed that I ordered.
