Refused $23.73 Credit After Phone Price Dropped Seven Days Later

I signed up for PureTalk USA service and a phone on 5/31. Seven days later, they dropped the price of the phone I purchased by $15.00 and offered a 35% discount for a Father's Day promotion. I had only just received the phone 3 days before the promotion and did not even have service yet. When I called to ask for a credit for the $23.73 total difference, I was told "NO." There was nothing they could do to credit me, even though I had only missed the deal by 7 days.

Next, I emailed their CSR department and asked for a supervisor to review my situation, and I was told no again. I don't know of any company, either on the internet or in a brick and mortar building, that does business this way. When a customer calls to ask for a credit for a justifiable reason, any reputable company would grant the request.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this provider. They just don't care about customers or customer service, period!
