• The PureTalk homepage lists a phone number, 877-820-7873, and its footer links to FAQ, Contact Us, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The homepage text says plans come with a '30-day Money Back Guarantee' and 'No contracts or hidden fees'; these are the company's statements and the conditions behind them were not readable.
• BBB lists a complaint e-mail channel and the same phone number for the business; complaints can be filed on the BBB profile.

The website footer says Inc. and BBB says LLC; we have not resolved the difference from a registry record.
