Free Bag Coupon Never Arrived Four Months After Qualifying

I am also a victim of the Petco "Buy 10 Get 1 Free" PALS program. I completed all the requirements, and the automated phone system stated I would receive my coupon for a free bag in a few weeks. Four months later, still no coupon. I called, and the representative said they would reissue another coupon and that I would receive it in 2-3 weeks.

She did not seem surprised that I did not receive my coupon. She probably knows that it was never sent.

I can understand an occasional mistake or computer glitch. But seeing multiple examples of no coupon arriving makes one wonder if the program is indeed a ripoff.

Way to alienate your best customers, Petco.
