COD payment of $6000 sent to wrong name and address

UPS claims they sent cods to shipping # but they forgot to check to see whose name was on the cods. They had the wrong name and the wrong address. I never got my cod OF $6000.00. No one can be found to ask at UPS (a worker) who signed for the cod anyway. Now no-one seems to know & now they've lost a whole person! A rip UPS
