Mohotec sent $6000 worth of parts to the wrong address - not the address on our invoice, and refuses to refund our money or send replacements.
We ordered parts from Mohotec bi-weekly for about one year. We moved our physical address earlier in 2012.in spite of us changing our address with Mohotec, changing it in our email signature, changing it with their company, they sent parts to the old address. Since we had just moved, neighbors in our old building remembered us and called us to get the parts.
The shipping label they printed to ship the goods was to our old address, not our new address - they actually shipped over $6000 worth of parts to the wrong address!
We informed Mohotec of the mistake and told them to never do this again.in spite of this, a good five months later, they sent the order to the wrong address AGAIN!
This time, we were not able to find our parts. We contacted our sales representative and they said I should call the police. I pointed out that they are the ones that shipped the parts to my old address, not our current address. I pointed out that
The invoice they gave us had our proper address on it. Our email signature has our proper address on it. Your company has sent parts to this address many times in the past. So why use the old address? They made a mistake. They say
It's UPS' fault for delivering to the wrong person, EVEN THOUGH Mohotec printed a shipping label to the WRONG address. We should call the NYPD and have them track down our missing screens that THEY shipped to the WRONG address. This is bullsh* because
UPS delivered to the address on the shipping label - MOHOTEC PRINTS THE SHIPPING LABEL! The SHIPPING COMPANY prints the shipping label, not UPS. I should not have to coordinate with police to find parts that you sent to the wrong address. If they were stolen FROM my address, that is one thing. If they were sent to the WRONG PLACE by an incompetent company, that is NOT OUR PROBLEM!
