On 12/12 my daughter ordered flowers for my wife's retirement to be delivered on 12/13, by 12/18 and numerous calls my daughter cancelled her order and was told she would not get a refund! My daughter called me (DAD) in tears so I called. After numerous calls and no reason for the order not being delivered they said they would partial refund $35 of $48 dollars then refused to talk to me anymore and hung up!!! As of this writing we are not sure if we will receive the refund! Bottom line use someone else, do not use Avas!!
