I ordered a premium bear hug bouquet arrangement on line. When the delivery came, the arrangement looked nothing like what was pictured on line. They had substitued a different stuffed animal, a different vase, different flowers and the amount of flowers was significanly less than what was pictured on line. I refused delivery, then emailed and called the AVAS customer service. I was told that their substitution policy allowed them to make the changes and the best I could expect was a 50% credit. I am very very disappointed.
