I found a seven day trial for resume improvement online and used the service for a couple of sessions. I then decided I got the same information at the unemployment office and cancelled on day 6. I made the mistake of not printing or saving my cancellation confirmation. I thought I was all set. I did not notice the charge being automatically withdrawn from my account for 5 months. When I emailed I got form letters back, when I called, I got you will hear tomorrow. They decided to credit me back 2 months and closed the issue. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company. I should not be charged foe any months in this issue. This is a big problem with trials. I put this on my calendar and cancelled with one day left.
