A Pay Pal payment was made and brought to my attention although they were over drafting my account and I had no knowledge of it until they sent me an over draft statement but my account said I still had money in my account. When I tried to ask them why the money was sent they said because the sent it for me as a loan. I never asked them to do that and I don't want a loan, why would I ask for a loan from somebody that would put me in debt.
