A PayPal payment was made and brought to my attention, although they were overdrafting my account and I had no knowledge of it until they sent me an overdraft statement, but my account said I still had money in it. When I tried to ask them why the money was sent, they said they sent it for me as a loan. I never asked them to do that, and I don't want a loan. Why would I ask for a loan from somebody that would put me in debt?
