I had been taking my dog to the Petco grooming center for the past year or so. Never again. The staff member, Brittany, is rude, under-educated, very combative and lazy. Nobody in that store could even give me their exact grooming business hours, including a manager. Staff make it quite clear that customer service is not a priority.
The nail trim on my dog was a horrible job, and I was made to feel very clearly that I was interrupting her non-work-related conversation with her co-worker by asking for a nail trim. I will never shop at Petco in any manner again, which is too bad because I spend a lot of money at that store.
