I ordered 4 Exo Terra cages online. I got everything in my cart and paid, and everything was fine at that point. The next day I got an email saying my order was canceled because the sale price was wrong. I was shocked.
I called and was on hold for an hour and a half. Then they told me it was their fault, but they were not going to help me. I shop at Petco every week for tons of stuff, but not anymore. In so many words, they told me I was out of luck and they could not care less where I shopped.
