Lupus claims denied as pre-existing despite ten year doctor records

I got diagnosed with Lupus a few months after having Humana Now they won't pay claiming a pre-existing condition. Do your research, Humana. I had the same Dr. for ten years there is no record of me having Lupus until well after I became a member of Humana health Ins. You don't mind my monthly premium but won't pay my bills. Do you always take advantage of the ones who need you the most?
