Humana One (Dental Preferred Former Member)

I went to my dentist (Dr Brian K. Buchanan for dental work to be done to my teeth and upon completion of the dental work (Deep Cleaning) and according to Dr Buchanan, Humana One Dental would not cover the dental fee. I was making monthly payments of $19.99 monthly to Humana One Dental. Since Humana One Dental would not pay for the Dental Services, I made payment arrangements with the Dentist. I requested a refund of $79.96 that I had paid Humana One Dental. I Made three requests for my refund to no avail. I cancelled my membership with this Company. My Membership ID # was 000002083853.
